Place sweetener in a small bowl, add 1 T. hot water and stir until sweetener is dissolved. In another small bowl combine cocoa and coconut oil. Add sweetener, stir all together with a small whisk. Line a plate with parchment paper and pour cocoa mixture onto it. Freeze until solidified. Break into bite-size piece and enjoy!
Nuts, unsweetened coconut, and other flavors like coffee and vanilla can be add to basic recipe.
